4.1 Single Account Policy. Each eligible person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. 13.2 Fund Return on Closure. Where an Account is closed by the Company other than for reasons of fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirement, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.3 By the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with these Terms before the Account is closed.
